Triple Crown of Acting is a term used by the American
entertainment industry to describe actors who have won
Academy Awards, Emmy Awards, Emmy Awards in
categories involving acting. By June 2019, twentyfour
people had won the triple crown of acting, 15 woman and
nine men. In 1953, Helen Hayes became the first person to

several awards in the Best woman.
Actress category.
Why do only White people win this award?

That and because of the existing prejudice in the world of films, it is

na old problem that permeates all spheres of the industry, as a
cause for not believing that blacks have a power relevant to that of
whites. Because of this, the only people who won the awards
would be White people, until Viola Davis won the award in 2017
and ended this prejudice.
Why was her winning this award so
important?
When Viola Davis took the stage at the 89th Academy Awards on Sunday to
accept her Oscar fot best supporting actress, she also became part of one of
the most prestigious acting clubs in the world. And she is the first black
woman to achieve this feat.
This makes clear the importance of this award, for black girls and woman who
dream of following this path or in any other profession, it simulates and
inspires them to believe in themselves, ensuring that they can and will get
there, even in a world where writes dictated the rules for a long time,
making them understand that their color or race does not make them
inferior and uneven, but rather makes them stand out! And ,ainly makes
them believe in a better world!
“It’s importante for a black woman
to know she can lead a blockbuster.”
