Green tea is know for its health benefits with nutraceutical properties . Protein
based nanoadditives always enhances the health benefits of food products. The
protein resources like whey,spirulina,mushroom,cyanobacteria in their nano
dimension has the ability to enhance the nutraceuitical properties of the gree
tea. The Nanoengineered green tea with fortified nutraceutical value to be
evaluated through research and develpment. The present study aimed to
formulate a green tea fortified with nanoprotein with enhanced nutraceutical
property.

4.Screeing the nutraceutical potential of nanoaddtive
treated green tea by laboratory assays
