Life without technology

• In today’s day and age, everything revolves
around technology – more specifically, the
electronic technology that countless people
use in their daily lives. But what would happen
if technology would not exist?
• Imagine this: You wake up one day in a world without technology – all the computers on the planet
just disappeared. First of all, you’d wake up late because your smartphone alarm no longer exists.
• Once the initial shock of the situation wore off, you’d start getting ready for work. Unfortunately,
you wouldn’t be able to turn on the lights, shower or brush your teeth. Why? Power, gas and water
are public utilities run by massive computer systems.
• Nowadays, people cannot live without the any means of communication -- laptops, smartphones,
or tablets.
• . I think that our lives would be very different. People would turn to reading books because it would
be the one of the only sources of knowledge. We would have to make an appointment in advance
with no possibility of canceling it on short notice.
• We would not be overwhelmed by the flow of information from television or the Internet; we
would get it only from newspapers. Maybe our lives would be more difficult but certainly not
worse. 
• The advent of technology has transformed human lives by increasing their quality of living; it has
brought us together and closer to each other in various ways but again drifts us apart in other ways.
It brings us together through instant communication, but made us further apart when interacting
face to face as some of the new generation have not developed the art of conversation. Without it
human lives would have been disconnected but simpler, isolated and unimaginative. 
• In addition,some of household chores can be easily being done because of
technology. Before, our mothers used our spare hands for washing clothes
but now we have washing machines. Another thing that makes a great help
to us are mobile phones.
• We can easily communicate with our relatives and friends living far away
from us. not like before in order to impart a message it takes days to send
your message through letters to your family.
No denying of how technology made lives better and easier especially in the
field of education, communication and work.
• Also Jobs that are super culturally relevant today, like being a Youtuber or a
social media influencer, wouldn’t exist.
• In conclusion, if we never had technology, the world would be drastically
different because we live in a world where technology is one of our most
important tools.  
• Some Facts that You Did Not Know How Technology Affects You?
• Technology affects us in different ways. Did you know when you receive a text from a dear friend, your
body releases dopamine?  Yes, it is true. When the brain knows that you are happy or you are going to be
rewarded, then the brain releases dopamine. It is related to technology.
• Imagine you are so connected to technology that you get affected mentally, physically, and emotionally.
• When you use your phone or computer, or laptop, then the rays coming out from the computer affect your
mental as well as physical health.
• Did you know the more you use the screen, there are more chances that you can be prone to depression,
eye problems, headache, insomnia, anxiety, and other health issues?
• People are no more physically active as they are dependent on technology for every little thing. They don’t
have to work hard or do any physical activity to get things done. It is due to the presence of technology
around them 24X7. This is what is making them physically unfit and inactive.
• Are you aware of the fact that technology affects you emotionally too? With the regular use of technology,
people tend to get affected emotionally. If you are expecting a message from someone and you do not get
it, you tend to get frustrated and angry. Thus, technology also affects human emotion.
