A PROJECT FEASIBILITY STUDY OF
SHUTTLE SERVICE IN GREENWOODS
VILLAGE.
Brief Introduction
• Greenwoods Village is NorthPine Land’s
first modern asian-inspired project
development with 80-hectares of land
located in Dasmariñas, Cavite.
• Greenwoods Village location with nearby
malls, schools, hospitals and government
offices just a few kilometers away.
• A 1,152 units constructed, roads 12.00 meters
wide Main Entry, 8.00 meters wide main road
and 6.00 meters wide Secondary road.
• Our target customer for our shuttle service are
the residents inside the village.
• L300 Shuttle service
transportation with 18
seaters featured by ride
booking inside the village.

• Lack of transportation options for Greenwoods Village


residents, such as limited public transportation inside the
subdivision.
Objectives of the study
• To identify the transportation needs of residents within the
Greenwoods Village.
• Assessing the feasibility of implementing a shuttle service
within the subdivision, including the cost and route options.

• The study may focus on a specific village and may consider
different types of shuttle services.

Limitation
• The study may be limited by legal or regulatory restrictions on the
implementation of shuttle services within the subdivision.
A FEASIBILITY STUDY OF A NATURAL
EXFOLIATING AND DETOXIFYING
HAIR MASK MADE FROM ROBUSTA
COFFEE AT TRECE MARTIRES CITY,
CAVITE
Brief Introduction
• According to THE ROASTERIE (2020) Robusta coffee is a coffee made
from the beans of the Coffea canephora plant, which originated in Africa. It
is used in instant coffee, espresso, and personal care and beauty products
due to its exfoliating properties and high levels of antioxidants. In the
Philippines, the peak harvest season is from November to January.
• According to Zizira (2023) Robusta coffee has double the number of
antioxidants, providing ample benefits for skin and hair therapy. It is
possible to draw potential customers to the market by using the right
pricing, benefits, special formula, and marketing techniques.
• Our target audience are customers interested in trying new hair care
products and salon and spa owners

• Lack of scientific support It's possible that there isn't enough data to
support robusta coffee's effectiveness in hair masks.
• Product accessibility consumers may not have as much access to hair
masks using robusta coffee as an ingredient as a result of their limited
market availability.

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
1. To assess whether there are any beneficial compounds in robusta coffee,
such caffeine or antioxidants, that could encourage hair development or
stop hair loss.
2. To analyze the possible advantages of using robusta coffee to cure hair
problems.
3. To determine the optimal formulation and application method for a robusta
coffee hair mask.
SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS
• SCOPE
- The study will focus on potential beneficial compounds using robusta
coffee include elements with potential advantages for healthy hair, such as
antioxidants and caffeine for natural hair treatment as a natural and
organic way to improve hair quality.
• LIMITATIONS
- The study will have a limited scientific evidence on the benefits of using
robusta coffee as a hair treatment, to confirm its effectiveness, additional
research is required. The study includes the individual variation of the
effectiveness of hair mask may differ from one individual to another
depending on their hair type, condition, and sensitivity.

• Agriculture is a vital industry for food production, but traditional farming practices often face challenges such as limited land
availability, water scarcity, and environmental concerns. In recent years, hydroponics and aquaponics have emerged as

• To determine the feasibility and profitability of starting a hydroponic and aquaponic farm.

those factors such as production costs, revenue potential, profitability.
• To evaluate the growth and yield of hydroponic and aquaponic systems compared to traditional soil-
based farming.
