Speak in a normal tone, do not shout. Keep your message simple
enough for intended listeners to understand
What is 10 codes for radios?
10-Code Radio Communication Guide

Ten-codes, also called ten-signals, are abbreviations used to shorten common phrases in radio communications. Thus
allowing for brevity and standardization of messages. They have been widely used by law enforcement, and in
Citizens Band (CB) radio transmissions.

Stop transmitting, Mayday When transmitted by radio,


it means that all stations, other than the one transmitting
the Mayday call, are to temporarily cease transmissions.

BUSY

busy - actively or fully engaged or occupied; "busy with her


work"; "a busy man"; "too busy to eat lunch". diligent -
characterized by care and perseverance in carrying out tasks; "a
diligent detective investigates all clues"; "a diligent search of
the files".
OUT OF SERVICE

out of service. Not available to be used, especially


due to malfunction. Typically said of things used by
the public. Sorry, the elevator is currently out of
service—please use the stairs.
IN SERVICE

If people working in a particular profession are given in-service


training, they attend special courses to improve their skills or to
learn about new developments in their field . ...the undoubted need
for in-service training.

This means the person you’re trying to send a text message it’s
mobile number is not available, and this can be caused due to
poor network reception or the carrier network has disconnected
the person’s phone number.

A FUEL VEHICLE

Fuel cell vehicle (FCV) is a vehicle with an electric motor which is powered by
a fuel cell. A fuel cell generates electricity through chemical redox reactions
using, generally, oxygen from the air and compressed hydrogen. This means
that FCVs are fueled with hydrogen and they emit only water and heat.

LOCATION

Location is an important term in geography, and is usually considered


more precise than "place." A locality is a human settlement: city, town,
village, or even archaeological site. A place's absolute location is its
exact place on Earth, often given in terms of latitude and longitude.
PHONE STATION

Telephone station means a telephone on a multiline telephone


system, from which a call may be placed to a PSAP by dialing, in
addition to any digits required to access the public switched
telephone network, the digits "9-1-1."
