Abstract
A smart solution to enable working class labours to find work
opportunities by connecting them directly to clients, which as of
now is commonly done through word of mouth or through labour
service agencies. We propose to develop a web application in
which labourers can post their profile and services offered. The
clients can search and filter laborers according to their needs and
even post a request for a specific type of service which can be
viewed and accepted by the laborers. The clients and laborers
also have the feature to negotiate the price to settle at an optimal
deal. This model helps to break the boundaries of oblivion and
generate better leads for the working class

Need analysis
Presently in our country, the blue collar workers are facing
difficulty in finding work opportunities and often have to depend
on Third Party Contractors to find potential clients. Often in this
process the Contractors get off with a percentage commission and
in cases even exploit the workers for minimum wage and high
work hours which the workers have no choice but to oblige. We
aim to eliminate the need for the middlemen and directly connect
these blue collar workers with potential clients in a simple to use
platform ensuring maximum benefit for the workers
