Tablet Rollout

Impact Report
Executive Summary

Our vision was to rollout a Tablet service option to the customers aiming an reduction of Table
turn around time to 30 mins and increase of Profit generation.

We were able to achieve 30 mins table turn around time successfully. Our profit margin
increased 20% from April to July since the rollout.

We have also learned that the waiting time can be kept to a minimum of 1 min to hold the
overall table time to 30 minutes. There are still a 10% of customers who would like to hold onto
traditional offline payment service.

Our future progression steps can be suggested as Rolling out the tablet service to other
locations as well. Another option is to track customer survey data and increase the tablet
service functionalities.
