• Branded house -Blush and bloom has cosmetics such as lipsticks,


nailpolish, eyelinears , blush, highlighters,kajal, eyelinear, hair oil
which all are herbal all are branded under one single Brand of it’s
own as it targets a more specific segment of audience
Communicating to the Target Audience
Generally the users belong to female gen Z and millenials categories . The
communication mediums will be:-
Sales Promotion It will involve sales and marketing teams moving round the
most populated cities within India, explaining the distinct features of the
company. It is done concurrently with advertisement to make audiences link
the image with real product.
Internet Marketing-The purpose of this tool is to offer detailed information
that cannot be attained through mass media and to reach the group potential
consumers who spend much time on social media.
It will also involve referrals through Facebook and Twitter, and trending
messages in WhatsApp among others.
Personal Selling-It will take place at the cosmetic stores by trained sales teams
in the supermarkets to help walk in customers make their mind on consuming
the product . It will take place on a daily basis in the distribution stores.
Public Relations- To be done by top management teams by organising public
talks to discuss the ingredients of the product that makes its unique and
chemical free,The purpose of this is to paint the company as being ethical and
conscious of the environment and to influence public opinion.
