C- ANCA and PR-3 positive.

Steroids
Cyclophosphamide
2. CHURH STRAUSS SYNDROME now called EGPA

Systemic small vessel vasculitis

Allergic rhinitis
Nasal polyps
Recurrent epistaxis.
Eosinophilic granuloma of nose

P- ANCA positive

Steroids
Cyclophosphamide.
