church growth depend on how our cell works and
develops.
4. Create a Process to produce

• SOL 1 (Family & Foundation)
• SOL 2 ( Intercession & Vision)
• SOL 3 (Effective Leadership & The Holy Spirit Within
Me)
5. Spiritual atmosphere
• Establish Spiritual Excitement
• Build godly Moral and create high morale
• Make them always motivated to do more for
God.
6. Church wide focus
• one mindset-the church must be in one mind,
collaborating and cooperating for the vision of
conquest.

Establish a mother Cell - how to do it? Find your prime

leaders, mentor them( make their lives back to order-
Process them through the LADDER of success.
Equip them- train them..i do, you watch me, i do and you
help me: you do and i help you, you do and i watch, you do
and reproduce the patern.
Send them..reproduce another cell.
• Cell group:
-is a small meeting that a leader holds once a week in a home,
or in any place condusive to spiritual growth and winning
evangelism.
-Church growth depend on how the individual cell
functions ,works, in fulfilling the vision: the effectivity of a cell
depends on the strength of each member. (life styles)
• Cell goal :
-is to bring the presence of God in homes
-strengthened the believers faith
-win people to Christ.(evangelism)
Composition of cell church
1) host-the household
2) leader - a person who is well train,equipped and
able to lead and share the message
3) timothy - leaders right-hand
4) members - everyone who is part of the cell group
