• Established since long time so possible to attract new customers as many customers are well aware.

Threats
• More competition entering in providing the service
• Price wars due to which customers may leave for the competitors and as a result revenue can decline.
• Declining economy which is leading many small firms to close down and therefore reduced number of clients and services
needed.
