workshops and activations.

of all levels together through private mixology events aimed at
community not competition.

 Providing a wide cross section of hospitality professionals a platform to

share and express their creativity with their peers with exclusive
cocktail-related masterclasses that creates an opportunity to grow
within an every changing industry.

 Tailored to suit both activations online or in person without seeing a

drop in positive engagement. All with access to limited Teeling releases.

“Teeling Bake Off (Shake & Bake)”

We wanted to do something a little less comp-heavy, and more fun with everything going on and with
Christmas just around the corner that gives bartenders a bit of a distraction as well as a challenge!

For this comp we challenge you to show the best Romanian bartenders have to offer by baking your
favourite dessert (cookie/biscuit, cake, pastry, pie, icecream, pudding, parfait etc) based off the flavours of a
classic whiskey cocktail! (eg Irish Coffee Popcorn, Whiskey Sour Sorbet, Godfather Mucenici, Manhattan
inspired Frigănele, Hot Toddy Plăcintă cu mere etc.)

Rules for the comp:

 Use Teeling Small Batch (Rum Finish 46%) in the recipe.
 Bake something based off flavours of a classic whiskey cocktail (*Feel free to grab a roommate/ family
member/ partner/ friend to help you bake while smashing out some cocktails to match!)
 Take a photo of your dessert
 Take a 1-2-minute video of yourself making your classic whiskey cocktail, whilst explaining how these
flavours were used in the dessert (no food required in the video!)

drink by DATE TBC

Drinks will be judged by all the entrants and NOT external judge during a private zoom masterclass with our
Teeling BA and local Romanian chef on all things Cooking with Spirits on DATE TBC.
