My healthy life
I love to eat fruit and healthy foods.
I barely drinks fuzzy drinks( because I don’t like them)
I only eat fast food once a month.
I sleep at 8:30 and wake up at 6:00.
My unhealthy life
I barely exercise because I get sweaty.
I really like spicy food and eats a lot of it, and its not really good.
I really like gum and juicy fruity candy, and mostly other good candy.
My plan of being healthier
I will try not to eat as spicy as I eat now.
I will definatly not eat any more junk food and those sweets.
 I will exercise more and more each day on a regular bases.
