Exercises

Apart from maintaining body weight, exercising is also good for


strong bone growth.

Milk

 Milk does not make us fatter. A glass of low fat milk only contains 80 calories and
the protein and calcium needed for teenage bone growth.

Vegetables

 Increase vegetables and fruits intake for enough nutrients in


the body.

Drink Water

 Drink plenty of warm water, at least eight glasses a day and


reduce drinking sugary and bicarbonate water.
