Conditional sentences
To express something TRUE, we use ‘zero conditional’.
The structure is as it follows:
Example:

If you have a flash drive, download the files.

If you have a flash memory, download the files

IF - CLAUSE MAIN- CLAUSE

It is also possible to replace “IF” by “WHEN”:

When you have a flash memory, download the files.

Conditional sentences
First Conditional
To express an idea which will happen according to the condition of the
sentence. ( Possibility)
First Conditional Structure
IF not( Unless) + Preset Simple, Future simple

If it rains, I will stay at home.

Unless(If not) you get up early, you will miss the bus.

Notice that we are thinking about a future condition. It is not raining yet. But the sky is
cloudy and you think that it could rain. We use the Present Simple tense to talk about
the possible future condition. We use will + base verb to talk about the possible future
result. The important thing about the first conditional is that there is a real possibility
that the condition will happen.
