willingness to impart knowledge to the whole SHS
department.
• Participation of SHS students in webinars and programs
given by the different colleges.
• If outside AU, registration fees tend to be one of the
reasons. Schedule conflict is also considered as one of the
WHAT NEEDS TO BE SUSTAINED OR IMPROVED?

• Increase in Frequency of Seminars/Webinars with regards


to teaching, learning, and assessment process.
• Meeting/s with program chairs at the start of every
semester.
• PAC evaluator should give immediate feedback or conduct
a post-conference explaining the strengths and weaknesses
of the teacher/s.
• Apply a range of teaching strategies to develop critical
and creative thinking, as well as Higher Order Thinking

• Midweek Break dedicated for Webinars or LAC Sessions.


• Submission of Accomplishment reports of every adviser
and subject teacher in every quarter to monitor the
progress of the students in each class.
• Continue to conduct training related to teaching skills and
interpersonal skills of the teachers to their co-teacher and
students.
