*Stand straight with feet slightly apart.
*Put your chest out and your stomach in. Let
your body feel natural and comfortable.
*Keep your chin up as though balancing a
book on top of your head.
*Both of your feet should support your body
weight.

How To Stand Properly


*Sit straight from your neck down to
your hips.
*Make sure that both knees are
together.
*Place your hands on your lap to rest or
when not doing anything.

How To Sit Properly


*Always maintain the position of your body when standing.
*Feet should be straight with the toes pointing forward.
*Make sure that your steps have equal distances.
*Bend your knees slightly and move your thighs from your
hips joints.
*Maintain a straight body and minimize movements from
your shoulders and hips.
*Let your arms move freely.
*Avoid dragging your shoes or slippers while walking.
*To practice proper walking, put a book on top of your head,
then walk following a straight line.
