• Panalyt integrates and analyses people data from disparate HR, Productivity, Finance, and Digital
Communications systems and files to provide actionable and holistic people insights to the C-suite, HR /
HRBPs, and Line Managers mostly through our suite of pre-built dashboards covering the entire employee
lifecycle.
• Panalyt has collaborated with Panasonic Corporation's Recruiter & Career Create Center (Operational
Excellence) to enhance the employee experience (recruitment candidate + post-hire experience).
• In collaboration with Panalyt, a dashboard template was developed and deployed as a monitoring system,
which has been recognized by both recruiters and hiring managers for its use.
• Panalyt has been joining forces with Panasonic as a strategic partner in utilizing people data and analytics to
achieve their people goals and objectives, providing support based on case-based knowledge, practical
approaches, and best practices, as well as providing a People Analytics technology platform.
• By utilizing performance management practices, each individual, team, and department strives to achieve
the best key performance indicators in order to contribute to the overall goal. Managers can identify risks
and areas for improvement by collecting performance data and studying KPIs, which also contribute to the
company's productivity.
