    OVERSLAM BUMPER WIRE GROMMET

    • Wire Grommet fitment trial was done in 3mm thickness plate with fitment position tested at extreme elongation of wire grommet and the part was found ok as per fitment.

    • Overslam Bumper fitment trial was done in 3 mm thickness plate, it was observed that the fitment was not smooth and extra effort was required to get it perfectly assembled.

    • The cut out in the above testing plate for part to be assembled are as per the dimensions mentioned in the drawing for fitment.
