Healthful Reasons for Eating

1 To provide energy to do several activities.

2 To make us grow and healthy and strong.

3 To repair our body cell.


Breakfast
• Breakfast is the most important meal
of the day
• A healthy breakfast recharge our
body after the night without food.
• It provides energy to do several
activities during the day.
Lunch and Dinner
• Healthful eating
continues all day with
lunch and dinner.
• Rice, meat, fish fruits
and vegetable provide
nutrition that body
needs for the growth
and repair cell.
Snacks
• Snacks are taken
between regular meals.
• Fruits and vegetable
are good for snacks.
• Try banana and other
fruits; crackers, milk
cheese sticks or slice

WATER
• Water is needed by our body. It carries the
nutrient that serves many functions.
• One should drink at least 8-10 glasses of
clean water everyday.
