 THE INTRODUCTION-EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
It is a BUSINESS IDEA to change the life of the farmers. We know
the reality of the farmers life, in which we made a idea to change
their terrible life. And absolutely it is executed in social welfare
motive & not for profit motive. As a first step of this idea we are going
to associate a company with the agricultural graduates who likes to
serve. As a second step we are going to create a design of our plan,
the design will be initially executed in village areas of districts like
Coimbatore, Tirunelveli, Erode etc. Because most of the areas in
these districts in the State of Tamil Nadu are known as drought
prone area and some areas are occupied by PROSOPIS JULIFLORA,
in which it was added in the land of Tamil Nadu while during the
period of Congress ruling, at the year of 1950.
As a third step we are going to get the legal access from the land
holders by explaining our idea to make the lands to make fertile rich
land. We will also accompany the villagers to clear those wild trees
from land, You may have a question that it usually profits nothing
and it is waste of time & energy. The answer is no, The profitability
fetched by those wild trees cleared from entire land(Example: from a
hectare of land) by changing it as a resource helps to make charcoal,
Per hectare clearing the prosopis juliflora and selling to companies
engaged in the production of charcoal profits up to INR.7,500 per
ton, Per hectare 44.3 tones profits up to INR.3,33,000.
This profit will be divided among the villagers and as well
a us by obtaining 10 per cent of their earnings per
hectare and we direct them to channelize the remaining
fund for future profit. After getting done this stage
successfully, We will be checking the type of the soil in
the respective cleared area and accordingly we are going
to plant the saplings of variety of palm trees, Only after
enabling the borewell process to water those palm tree
saplings with the help of advance technology which is
time efficient, cost & energy efficient. But however the
palm trees saplings does not need plenty of water to grow
as it needs 2 galloons( i.e. 9 litres of water) 3-4 times per
week. But it need to be watered daily for 14 days. This
can be done through 5% earnings from their sale of
prosopis and with the help of government subsidy. After 5
years the palm tree saplings will transform to Dwarf stage
and yield up to INR.1,10,503 by giving 25 – 30 tones of
fresh fruit bunches per hectare and 1 tone profits
INR.22,000. Oil palm yields highest edible oil among the
other oil crops. The yield of 4 to 5 tones/ha can be
expected, and it profits up to INR.1,09,000.
We can also make a awareness for the entrance of the usage of toddy
instead of liquor as it is essential & healthier than the liquor, it may act
as a best alternative to liquor & profit the government, while comparing
to the sale of liquor in the society. The real business idea starts now, as
it will reach to the public our operation can upgrade to take charge the
same process at state level, by giving a genuine awareness among the
rural primary producers in order to grow up the saplings of variety of
food products(mixture cultivation) as the soil is now fertile because of
the growth & development done to palm trees as they are best form of
source to increase the ground water level and makes the land fertile.

And now the land can be enriched by natural manures like

PANCHKAVYAM in order to increase the nutrients of soil, so the organic
farming can be started easily. After harvesting it we gives a offer to a
distributor company to supply these organic fruits & vegetables to sell it
all around the state by accepting one mandatory condition that is
PRODUCERS WILL ONLY ALLOCATE THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT
which will be clearly mentioned the agreement. This stage of process is
possible as the current customer preference is ORGANIC FRUITS &
VEGETABLES FRO ORGANIC FARMING. This may terribly maximize
the cost of food products and there may raise a chaos but the
youngsters start to think about the same & come to know the reality of
the business concept and it will trigger them to work in agriculture field.
It will increase the job opportunity among the youngsters
but also the road side beggars and disabled person will
be evacuated from their present life and they will also be
included in the mission OCTIC- GUARDIAN OF
AGRICULTURE(OCTIC-GOA). As many scientists article
mentioned that the world will face the food scarcity from
the year 2050, if it is happened at the while if OCTIC-
GOA mission may work for at National level, Then our
Nation INDIA WILL BE A NO.1 NATION TO SUPPLY
THE FOOD PRODUCTS TO ENTIRE WORLD, If it is
possible then the relationship between other nations and
our nation will be strong and exchange rate of our
currency may increase compared to other currencies.
The idea was started for welfare motive and itself
transformed to profit provider, employment generation,
rescuer & healthy food to all nations. This idea wants
coordination, planning, vision, cooperation and
reasonable Investment at the initial stage itself, But
anyway it fetches the both monetary & non-monetary
benefits to the Nation.
The future of the Nation will be N0.1 with no debts or
conflicts or war etc., and only with peace and wealth.

ITEMS DURING WHOLE ECONOMIC CRISIS AND
DURING THE SHORTAGE IN FOOD IN FUTURE.

OCTIC-GOA is the genuine guardian for both farmers & agriculture in which
helps the primary producers to know the knowledge like inflation rate, taxes
to be paid to the government, etc. in their daily life, started for welfare
motive in order to neglect the financial burden and take the idea to next
level to help the idea itself to transform as a profit fetching concept of
business a certain percentage of profit is shared is shared by farmers to the
company(as mentioned IN AGREEMENT, 5% of share from 4 LEVEL OF
INCOME EARNINGS IN WHICH THERE WILL BE A ADD ON OF EXTRA
5% IN EACH LEVEL IF EARNINGS).
The four level of income is mentioned below:
1. By sale of PROSOPIS JULIFLORA
2. By the sale of PALM TREE products like palm oil, palm fruits, palm
sugar, after its death it will be given for brick manufacturing industries,
toddy, etc.
3. INCOME FROM ORGANIC FARMING as directed by the company it will
fetch more profit while working accordingly to the agreement
4. While during the food scarcity the food will be exported to distant lands
and nations so we get high value of currencies of different countries.
AND THEREFORE THE COMPANY 5% IN 1ST LEVEL AND GETS 10% IN
2ND LEVEL AND GETS 15% AT 3RD LEVEL AND AT LAST IT GETS 20% IN
4TH LEVEL as the income earned by farmers will be increasing 50%-70%,
the service cost is deducted.
 COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE
1. As this type of idea is new to the society
there will be no competitors against our
company.
2. If there any competitors in society we can
easily over come them as we are non-profit-
organization at initial stage, but any how we
get 5% share income at 1st level.
3. We will be genuine to the producers & gives
adequate knowledge
4. As the seminars are taken to villagers about
the mission and future benefits, our company
will grab more unemployed citizens &
youngsters, hence creates employment
generation
5. Therefore the goodwill be maintained in a
genuine manner, So we assure that the
competitors will not be a much burden to
OCTIC-GOA.

BUSINESS IDEA to change the life of the farmers.
We know the reality of the farmers life, in which we
made a idea to change their terrible life. And
absolutely it is executed in social welfare motive &
not for profit motive.
It helps to earn more profit with obtaining certain
type of knowledge in the agriculture field, hence it
will be a new revoli6tion in the agricultural field.
The small calculation of the 4 level income is below:
1st year- 3,33,000.
2nd year- 2,20,000 including palm oil & palm fruit.
3rd year- 5,00,000
In which the minimum return from the business
plan per hectare at per year is INR.8,53,000.
