3. Matrix Struture ( employ with similar skills are grouped )

4. Flat Struture ( middle management levels are removed , little spreading staff-
level employees from upper management )

5. Divisional Structure ( split into division based on specific product , service )

6. Network Structure ( manage will coordinate with internal and external


entities to deliver their product or service )

. It is a chain of command within a compamy that begins with senior management

and executives and extended to genral manager .
