PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
To study the factors affecting employee satisfaction.
SECONDARY OBJECTIVE:
1. To study the communication satisfaction in the industry.
2. To study the resources satisfaction in the industry.
3. To study the work satisfaction of employee in the industry.
4. To study the relation with colleague in the industry.
5. To study supervisor behavior in the industry with employees.

Interpretation:-
From the total response of 150 people here we came to know about their
years in the company 20% are for 4-6 or more than six year , 39% are
for 1-3 year , 41% are for 1-3 years.
Here from the interpretation we came to know that majority of people
have been less than a year with the company.

Interpretation:-
From the total response of 150 people we came to know about their
primary work location they are as follow 29% are from principal office,
36% are from other firm location.
Here from the interpretation we came to know that majority of people in

Interpretation:-
I. From the total response of 150 people 49 are neutral, 38 are agreed, 26
are disagreed, 23 are strongly disagreed, 14 are strongly agreed.
II. Here from the interpretation we came to know that majority of people
are neutral and least are strongly disagreed.

Interpretation:-
From the total response of 150 people here we came to know about their
good communication from their manager to employee they are as follow –
46 are neutral , 42 are agreed , 23 are disagreed , 22 are strongly agreed , 17
are strongly disagreed.
Here from the interpretation we came to know that majority of people are
neutral and the least are strongly disagreed.
FINDING
The reason being they are still facing problems of call drops and low
network, some of them did say that after April 1 st they might
consider using it.
Reliance JIO has successfully captured its market in Kadi areas well.
Most of the users are using dual sim phones and hence they are using
it as a secondary service as they do not want to change their old
numbers.
To increase the the job satisfaction level of employees, the company should
focus on incentives and reward structure than only on motivational sessions.
Company should give promotion to those employees who deserve it.
Increase is salary can motivate the employees to draw best job.
To make its employees loyal, the company should make them feel that their
job is secured.
Majority of the employees feel that there should be an incentive wage
scheme and increase in salary for efficient work in the organization.
CONCLUSION
From the study we conclude that many persons working in the company are
freshers or are of age under 30 years. Work location of people are in office or
on job site. All the employees are clear about the mission of the company.
They are having good communication between employees and superior.
Tools and Resources are known by employees. Employees are highly satisfied
with their work and position in the company
