INTRODUCTION

 JIO was established on 15th February, 2007. After, Reliance became


popular and launched JIO as the fastest network service provider.
Jio reached in every corner of India. The company motive is to
provide digital platform to the world.
 The main founder of Jio is Mukesh Ambani. He is the chairman and
managing director of Reliance company. Mukesh Ambani is an
Indian billionaire businessman. He is currently the richest man in
Asia with networth of US$1.6 billion and he is listed as fifth richest
man in world. 
 In an organization satisfaction of workers means a workforce that is
motivated and committed to high quality performance. There, are
various components limit arc considered to be vital to employee’s
satisfaction. There are recruiting, selection process, interview,
test ,on-boarding, pre-boarding, joining, welcome in organization
and satisfaction about position .Each of these factors, figures into an
individual's satisfaction differently
MICRO ANANLYSIS
 The entire analysis carried out has supported in knowing that the
overall telecom industry of India has become very competitive and
large number of players are operating in this market.Different
companies are introducing different plans so as to retain customers and
satisfying their overall needs in the best possible manner.
 Primary and secondary study has shown that presence of high level of
competition in the market has benefitted customers a lot where they
are able to obtain wide range of services from the telecom companies
and in turn it is contributing a lot in satisfying their needs in the best
possible manner.
 Primary study has supported a lot in knowing that with the help of
Reliance Jio the overall digital transformation has been carried out in
the proper manner. Some of the key services of the company on which
its business model depends are highly advanced such as the mobile
data especially 4G and the voice call also is also effective that
contributes a lot in enhancing the satisfaction level of the target
market.

Interpretation:-
From the total response of 150 people here we came to know about their
years in the company 20% are for 4-6 or more than six year , 39% are
for 1-3 year , 41% are for 1-3 years.
Here from the interpretation we came to know that majority of people
have been less than a year with the company.

Interpretation:-
From the total response of 150 people we came to know about their
primary work location they are as follow 29% are from principal office,
36% are from other firm location.
Here from the interpretation we came to know that majority of people in
the primary work location are from the other firm location

Interpretation:-
From the total response of 150 people here we came to know about their
good communication from their manager to employee they are as follow –
46 are neutral , 42 are agreed , 23 are disagreed , 22 are strongly agreed , 17
are strongly disagreed.
Here from the interpretation we came to know that majority of people are
neutral and the least are strongly disagreed.
FINDING

 The reason being they are still facing problems of call drops and low
network, some of them did say that after April 1 st they might
consider using it.

 Reliance JIO has successfully captured its market in Kadi areas well.

 Most of the users are using dual sim phones and hence they are using
it as a secondary service as they do not want to change their old
numbers.

 Customers are satisfied the 4G unlimited services as comparison to


others services.
RECOMMENDATION

To increase the the job satisfaction level of employees, the company should
focus on incentives and reward structure than only on motivational sessions.
 Company should give promotion to those employees who deserve it.
 Increase is salary can motivate the employees to draw best job.
 To make its employees loyal, the company should make them feel that their
job is secured.
 Majority of the employees feel that there should be an incentive wage
scheme and increase in salary for efficient work in the organization.
CONCLUSION

From the study we conclude that many persons working in the company are
freshers or are of age under 30 years. Work location of people are in office or
on job site. All the employees are clear about the mission of the company.
They are having good communication between employees and superior.
Tools and Resources are known by employees. Employees are highly satisfied
with their work and position in the company
