 Risks of delays.
 Delays and cost overruns are possible given the

scale and
of projects. Both globally and locally, projects of size
have undergone delays.
 There are reports of issues of transparency in current stages of
projects in CPEC
 There is risk of corruption and graft in CPEC projects.
 Active media and judiciary will help mitigate
financial uncertainties.
