Dear Adam July 28
I’ve been here for three days and I am having a good time, but I can’t stand to be here without you. This
is an interesting place for vacations. Believe it or not, the first night I missed all the city noises, live in the city
is sometimes exciting. Yesterday I was in the middle of watch a romantic movie when there was a power cut
in the hotel. I was very upset, but then I a asked me “what is the point of get angry” and I forgot everything
about the incident. Get out from New York was definitely what I needed, even if it’s only for two weeks.
There is a ranch near the hotel and it has lots of activities. I enjoy to do different activities here. Yesterday, I
went dance with friends; We had a wonderful time. I am interested in learn about native American culture;
study this would be very helpful for my future studies since I want to be an explorer. I hope to see the magic
flute at Santa Fe Opera on Saturday; you know I love listen this kind of music. I like stay here but I will
return next week since I have to work. Hope to see you soon. Miss you a lot.
Love ,
Carla
