REFLEXIVE PRONOUNS

A pronoun is a word that takes the place of a common or proper noun.

A reflexive pronoun is a pronoun that is usually used when the object of a sentence is the same as the subject.
Each subject pronoun (I, you, he, she, it, we, and they) has its own reflexive form.
Examples:
1. You are not to blame yourself. (the subject is you,
the object is yourself)

2. The cat scratched itself. (subject is cat, object

is itself)

3. You can come in and find yourselves a seat. (subject

is you, object is yourselves)
