STEPS IN INSERTING CHART
Step 1. Click the insert tab, then click chart icon.
Insert chart dialog box appears.
Step 2. Choose the type of chart we are going to
use. Example: the 3D chart then click ok.
Step 3. Pie chart appears with the data sheet.
Step 4. Enter the values, column 1 for the
commodities, column 2 for exact values.
Step 5. Lastly, click the inserted chart, then click the
plus sign above, then check the chart elements.
