• Infertilité = l'échec à obtenir une grossesse clinique après 12 mois ou plus de RS réguliers

2/ Objectifs :
Notre étude consiste à:

Évaluer l’effet de l’un des facteurs de risques comportementaux qui est le fumer du
tabac sur la qualité du sperme et évaluer sa vrai place dans l’infertilité du couple

Déterminer la fréquence des différentes anomalies du spermogramme et


Spermocytogramme chez la population étudiée

Réaliser l’exploration moléculaire chez les hommes présentant des


anomalies sévères de la spermatogenèse, en déterminant une
éventuelle microdélétion du chromosome Y

Déterminer la fréquence de ces microdélétion dans une


population de l’Ouest Algérien et la prise en charge en PMA
