HISTORY OF CEVICHE:
The custom of preparing
Ceviche began in pre-Inca
times with the Mochica
culture who prepared a
dish based on fresh fish
marinated with the juice
of a citrus fruit called
"tumbo" and herbs from the area.
During the Inca empire, the preparation
of ceviche was modified
BECAUSE I LIKE:
I like ceviche because it is a very exquisite
dish that reminds me a lot of my childhood
before when I was very little I used to go
out to play every Sunday and at noon when
I was very tired and hungry I
always went to the corner of
the stadium where my
landlady He sold the best
ceviche with that spicy that
I like so much
