Preliminary systematic Initial design stage of a project,
assessment of all critical which brings together the
elements of a project from elements of knowledge that
technologies and cost to indicate if a project is viable or
environmental & social aspect. not.
It is an analysis and evaluation of

similar. The difference is how deep the
