 Environmental friendly strategy.
Infosys operating using a clean power source of windmills that are attached to each building and the use
solar powered mini-vans for handicapped and pregnant women for transportation within the company.
 Flexible approach to communication:
Employees have the chance to meet and talk to the top management team. employees are encouraged to
talk informally to each other and fun and jokes are allowed. The methods above increase employees’
effectiveness and creativity.
Infosys wants to encourage communication between project members and employees to create a good
work ethic, for example various activities are organized after each project completion to help employees
get a better understanding of each other, to ultimately promote efficient work processes and good
outputs/performance. Awards for the most effective people are presented each year.

Artificial intelligence (ai), machine learning, and natural language processing as core elements of
Infosys digital transformation strategy.
AI-powered bots personalize the HR service offerings across various employee life cycle processes and
different employee personas. These bots maintain regular, proactive contact with each employee
throughout the year to detect any issues that need escalation or remind employees to take specific
actions.

creativity. Inculcom is the base organization that hosts cultural programs for Infoscions (Infosys
employees). Each event emphasizes a specific area like music, dance, or quiz.

At Mysore, a 6-month training program is conducted after which evaluation of candidates is done & only
passed candidates are retained. Great importance is given to other areas like soft skills, leadership qualities,
cross-cultural training, etc. Mysore campus is the world’s biggest training center. It is a Rs. 260 crores
corporate training center. It adds 12,000 employees every year. The US $ 60 million training center is housed
in a 270-acre campus at Mysore

INITIATIVES
• Cross-cultural skills training
The program leverages the Cultural Orientations Indicator® (COI) to enable participants identify their
cultural preferences across their Interaction Styles, Thinking Styles, and Sense of Self. It also focuses
on key cultural “gaps” that highlight potential communication and collaboration risks and enables
participants to explore solutions for mitigating these risks while continuing to strengthen their cultural
competence.

• Culture Café initiative


Culture Café initiative is an effort to help emplyoees experience other cultures through a narration of
personal stories.
• Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month-
In commemoration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month Infosys in partnership with our
Multicultural Employee Resource Group held a panel discussion which hit on hard topics such as: Asian history,
stereotyping; misconceptions, and injustices; and how employers and the community can build allyships to forge a
collective approach to racial inclusion and belonging. Hear each panelist as they share their personal journey and
story as they unpack Anti-Asian racism and share tools and resources to become advocates and allies within our
workplaces, schools and communities.

• Culture chat initiative


Culture chat initiative is an effort to bridge the culture gaps between two cultures. The objective is to enhance
understanding of business culture as well as provide employees an opportunity to interact with their colleagues in
other locations and understand the nuances of different cultures. It is also an excellent opportunity to build
relationships with employees from different locations.
