About Udyam Re-

Registration
Udyam Re-Registration is a one-time online registration for MSMEs in India, who has already registered under old udyog aadhaar
process. This is why re-registration process is introduced by governmernmt. Conversion is now became compulsory for MSMEs.

Why Udyam Re-Registration is

important?
Existing MSMEs must re-register for the Bene ts of Udyam Registration include tax exemptions, credit access, and subsidies.
Registration is free and requires Aadhaar and PAN card numbers. Udyam Registration is a lifetime certi cate for availing these bene ts
provided from government side.

Documents Required for Udyam Re-

Registration
The following documents are needed for MSME re-registration:

1. An exact replica of the prior Udyog Aadhaar Certi cate to kow the number of registration. (mandatory)

2. Owners PAN card (mandatory only if not given before)

3. Business address proof like utility bills, rent agreement if business location changed.

4. Details of bank account if business account changed.

5. GST require if want to connect with certi cate of udyam registration.

6. Partnership Deed / MOA and AOA if available and not submitted in before registration.

Udyam Re-Registration Apply Online

Process
The re-registration process is simple and can be completed online. Here are the steps to apply for Udyam Re-Registration:

1. Go to Above given Udyam Re-Registration form.

2. Enter the Name, Email Id, Mobile Number as per previous udyog aadhaar.

3. Put in your previous MSME Udyog Aadhar registration number after entering above details.

4.Fill the Update box if you'd want to correct any necessary information in new certi ate, and keep the supporting documentation
handy, including your Aadhaar card, PAN card, business address proof, bank account information, previous Udyog Aadhaar
Memorandum, GST certi cate, partnership deed/MOA, and AOA, as well as any other necessary documents.

5. Make sure all the documents are appropriate and that the information entered is accurate.

6. submit your application and pay for it.

7.A new Udyam Registration Certi cate containing the revised information will be prepared and sent to the registered email address
or mobile number within two to three hours of the application being led.

By following these simple steps, MSMEs can complete the re-registration process and obtain their Udyam Re-Registration Certi cate
Online.
