1. IDENTIFY FIVE PROBLEMS/ISSUES
We decided to conduct a survey in just one agency which is the MPW TAWI-TAWI.

A. These are the following Problems/Issues on the agency that we choose :


• The first issue is the attendance of the employee. They still use papers for their attendance, it can
consume time and make distraction for the employee.
• The second is that they have no fire alarm. Even if there is a fire extinguisher, it is better if the small
fire is detected sooner rather than later.
• The third issue is that Inefficient Project Planning and Execution. The MPW TAWI-TAWI currently
relies on manual project planning and execution processes. These processes can be time-consuming
and prone to errors, leading to delays and increased costs.
• The fourth issue is that Limited Collaboration and Communication among Teams. The MPW TAWI-
TAWI lacks a collaborative and integrated platform for team members to communicate and
collaborate. This can result in duplicated efforts, lack of information sharing, and slow decision-
making processes.
