 Ethical Principle: The greatest good for the greatest number.

 Morality in Action: A company decides to donate a portion of its profits to a
charity that addresses a widespread social issue, aiming to maximize overall
well-being in society.
Ethical Theory: Kantian Deontology

 Ethical Principle: Act according to maxims that can be universally applied.

 Morality in Action: An individual refuses to lie, even in a difficult situation,
because lying would lead to a contradiction if everyone were to do the same.
Ethical Theory: Virtue Ethics

 Ethical Principle: Focus on cultivating virtuous character traits.

 Morality in Action: A person consistently demonstrates honesty, kindness, and
integrity in their daily interactions, embodying the virtues emphasized in
virtue ethics.
