INTRODUCTION
• Recruitment may be defined as the process of searching for prospective employees and
stimulating them to apply for jobs in the organisation.

• The objective of recruitment is to attract potential employees with the necessary qualification,
in the adequate number for the jobs available.

• It involves advertising jobs, interviewing candidates, and picking the right fit for the job.

• Selection will be based on those people whom they feel would best meet the job requirements,
considering current environmental condition.

• Internal recruitment, External recruitment, online recruitment are the main recruitment types.
COMPANY PROFILE

• Techbyheart Indian Private Limited is a cybersecurity consultancy that has been


in the business for past 4 years.
• . It was founded in 1st July 2018 by Sajad Chemmukan, Sreenath Gopinath,
Ashik, Sahad chemmukan.
• The services provided by the company are corporate training, cybersecurity
consultation, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, cyber forensic
investigation, consulting business firms, API security assessment and so on
• They have 60-70 employees
OBJECTIVES

1. To understand the recruitment and selection process followed by Techbyheart, Kochi

2. To study the sources of recruitment to increase the organizational performance.


RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
The type of research is descriptive in nature.
Sources of Data Collection
The study made the use of both sources primary and secondary data.

Primary data are collected through a structured questionnaire and Interview. A well-structured questionnaire has been prepared

given to the respondents by the researcher through google form. Secondary data is collected from various Journals, website,

and company records.


Sampling size
Data was collected from 69 employees of Techbyheart.

 More than 65 percentage of employees are males.


 Most of the employees recruited through social medias and friends.
 Personal interviews are the most preferred method of screening.
 More than 1 interview conducted for most the employees
 Qualification, Personal skills, and experience are valued most during selection
 Good salary and growth opportunity attracts the employees to join the company
 Experience and skills of employees are valued more during the selection process
 The company usually select both freshers and experienced
 HR manager makes the final selection

 Employees have a good opinion about the selection process took place in
Techbyheart

 Questions and concerns are clarified bythe company in a good manner

 Most of the employees are satisfied and happy with the current salary packages

 Company work environment is higly satisfiable


SUGGESTIONS

 Though the external sources are prevalent nowadays, company also need to focus on
internal sources such as promotion, transfer etc. to increase employee morale.
 Considering entry level position for freshers may could be gave more contribution to
the company.
 The company can focus on promoting career page through social media platforms, it
can help the company for increasing job visibility.
 Organizations should focus more on campus recruitment process
CONCLUSION

The project entitled “A study on recruitment and selection process at Techbyheart” is


carried out with full cooperation of employees and managers. The objective of the study
was to understand the effectiveness of recruitment and selection process by the company.
From this study we can understand the organization recruitment sources are based on
both internal and external sources. In This study most of the employees are satisfied with
recruitment and selection process followed by the company, and employees are also well
aware about the various sources and methods of recruitment and selection. So, we can
conclude that the overall company recruitment and selection process are good.
