ICT important
● It’s simple and easy to communicate using ICT because you
don’t have to meet in person which may consume a lot of
time compared to a simple meeting using ICT.

● It is much more available especially in COVID times where


you cannot meet face-to-face.

● It is also useful for quick clarifications from texting, and E-


mails.
