WHAT IS AGILE METHODOLOGY?

Agile methodology is a software development


methodology which involves breaking the project into
phases called “Sprints” and it focuses on continuous
collaboration, improvement and adaptation between the
team and the customers so as to promote flexibility in
software development life-cycle.

Agile manifesto is a document that identifies four key


values and twelve principles that it is authors believe
software developers should use to guide their work on how
to prioritize and approach software development projects.
