Passport Application – Basic Requirements
• Proof of Date of Birth i.e. Birth Certificate, etc
• Identity proof with photograph (to be verified by
Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) Officials from the
address proof and other documents)
• Proof of residence
• Proof of nationality (to be verified by Passport Seva
Kendra (PSK) Officials from the supporting
documents submitted)
Process of Passport Apply
 Access Login
 To avail the Passport Online services, the VLE has to login through CSC-ID and password.
 After successful login, VLE clicks on Passport Service option which will redirected to the
Passport Portal.
 Select RPO and Click of “Go to Passport Seva”
 VLE can avail the below services

Login to Digital Seva Portal
Search CPGRAMS
Click on Digital Seva Connect
Click on Lodge Public Grievance Tab
Select Check box and Click on Submit

needs to be raised
