Environmental Club:
Mission
The Environmental Club´s mission is
to promote awareness of environmental issues within
community
to encourage student participation in activities
concerning pressing matters such as recycling, climate
change, pollution, wise use of resources and the use
of renewable energy sources
to help students appreciate the value of natural
ecosystems
to support and further the development of establishing
as a Green school.
Environmental Club:
Club Activities
The goals of the club are achieved through a variety
of activities:
Lectures by scientific experts and other distinguished
speakers to inform students on environmental issues
Slide presentations on wildlife and natural ecosystems
to encourage students to appreciate nature
Documentary screenings
Participation in exhibitions and in campaigns to raise
environmental awareness, organized within the
Community

The goals of the club are achieved through a variety

Participation in College life and cooperation with other
students, faculty and administration
Field trips to places of ecological interest
Visits to research centers, exhibitions, museums
Proposals to improve the environmental performance
of BNM
