Pea
 The pea is most commonly the small
spherical seed or the seed-pod of the
pod fruit Pisum sativum.
 Each pod contains several peas, which can be
green or yellow.
 Peas are a good source of vitamins C and E,
zinc, and other antioxidants that strengthen your
immune system.
 Other nutrients, such as vitamins A and B help
reduce inflammation and lower your risk of
chronic conditions, including diabetes, heart
disease, and arthritis.
Ingredients

 Dried pea (100 g)


 Cardamom
Procedure
1. Place the peas into the jar.

2. Blend it properly for around 3 minutes.

3. Sift the processed peas over a bowl to
separate the powder from any of the larger
pieces.

4. Reprocess the larger pieces in the blender for


another 3 minutes and repeat step 3.

5. Now the legume powder is ready to use.

Note: For flavor enhancement we can add


different flavoring constituents as per our
choice, like cardamom, powdered cinnamon
etc. And for extra protein raw flax seeds,
chia seeds, oat flour can be added.
