1.DEVELOPMENT- The process of developing or being developed


2.PLAN- detailed proposal for doing or achieving something
3.ASSESSMENT- the evaluation or estimation of the nature, quality, or ability of
someone or something.
4.SKILLS- the ability to do something well; expertise.
5.FEEDBACK- information about reactions to a product, a person's performance
of a task, etc. which is used as a basis for improvement.
