Question
How has the fauna and flora of the
Rainforest been affected by climate
change?
What is the Rain
Forests biome
Rainforests are big masses of
land with many trees and plants
with a tropical climate while
being mostly hot and moist with
rain throughout the whole year
and, the most famous rainforest
is the Amazon Rainforest.

What is
Climate
Change
Climate change is a long term
switching of weathers, what
humans have done over the past −1.0 −0.5 −0.2 +0.2+0.5+1.0 +2.0 +4.0 °C
years is the main reason why we −1.8 −0.9 −0.4 +0.4 +0.9 +1.8 +3.6 +7.2 °F
have climate change.

Different
Types of

rainforests. Those being, Tropical,
Temperate, and Seasonal
Rainforests.

How
Can we stop climate change
To stop climate change from
effecting the rainforests, you
could get political, volunteer
and way more.

How
07
How has fauna and
flora been affected by
climate change
Because of studies in the Amazon say that
the increase of temperature cause 10%-20%
less rain for example Tropical Rainforests
usually get around a 100 inches of rain in a
year but with those numbers decreasing the
amount of forest fires increase.

located. Those being Central
and South America,

PPT Summary
2. What is Climate Change: Shift in weather to hotter temperatures, Humans are the cause.

3. What are the types of rainforests? The Three different types of rainforests are tropical, seasonal, and
temperate

4. How are Fauna and Flora affected by climate change? The increase in temperature causes 10%-20% less
rain, An example is Tropical Rainforests usually get around 100 inches of rain in a year but they are getting
less and less each year due to climate change.

5. Where are rainforests located? Rainforests are located in Central and South America, Western and Central
Africa, Western India, Southeast Asia, New Guinea, and Australia.
