KITCHEN EQUIPMENT
REFRIGERATOR AND FREEZER – ARE USE TO KEEP FOOD
FRESH, PREVENT FOOD SPOILAGE, AND INHIBIT THE GROWTH OF

BACTERIA.

CLEANING PROCEDURE
Unplug Your Freezer and Refrigeration Units. Empty each shelf of all items. Clean
with a Natural Unscented Cleaner. Keep Your Refrigerator Odour Free. Clean the
Rubber Gasket. Organize your Refrigerator. Clean the Refrigerator Door. Clean
Refrigerator Coils.
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT
RANGE OVEN – REFERS TO THE COMBINATION OF STOVETOP
AND OVEN INTO KITCHEN EQUIPMENT.

CLEANING PROCEDURE
Make sure your oven is fully cooled before you attempt to clean it. Take out
removable parts. Clean with soap and water. Wipe or scrub your oven. Use brush
for stubborn food pieces. Use glass cleaner (optional).

STOVE – RELY ON THE APPLICATION OF DIRECT HEAT FOR THE

COOKING PROCESS.

CLEANING PROCEDURE
For Gas Burner - Remove Burner Grates, Plates, and Controls. Turn off all burners
and be certain they are cool to the touch. Wipe Down the Stovetop Surface. Scrub,
Rinse, and Dry the Burner Grates. Rinse and Dry the Stovetop Surface.
Reassemble the Stovetop
For Electric Stove & Induction Cooker - Unplug the unit and make sure you fully
cooled before you attempt to clean it. wipe it down the stove using a cloth and
soap and water. .
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT
ELECTRIC HAND MIXER – IS USE FOR BEATING AND

WHIPPING TO ADD ENOUGH AIR TO MAKE THE MIXTURE FLUFFY.

CLEANING PROCEDURE
Always remove the beaters from the cordless hand mixer before cleaning. Wash
the beater in the dishwasher, or by hand in warm, soapy water. Rinse and wipe
dry. Wipe the cordless hand mixer with a damp cloth.
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT
BLENDER – IS USED TO GRATE, GRIND, STIR, BLEND, MIX, WHIP

PUREE AND LIQUEFY KINDS OF FOOD.

CLEANING PROCEDURE
Unplug the unit and wipe it down the blender using a cloth and soap and water.
Using a hose or water pressure can damage the motor. Regularly clean the blade
to avoid tainting the taste of dishes with other flavors.
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT
FOOD PROCESOR – IS USED TO GRATE, GRIND, STIR, BLEND,

MIX, WHIP PUREE AND LIQUEFY KINDS OF FOOD.

CLEANING PROCEDURE
Disconnect and disassemble the food processor. Make sure your food processor is
unplugged, then remove the lid, blade and bowl. Clean the base and cord. Wipe
the base and cord of the food processor with warm, damp cloth. Clean the bowl,
lid and blades. Dry and store the food processor parts.
KITCHEN EQUIPMENT
 OVEN – IS A THERMALLY INSULATED CHAMBER USED FOR BAKING AND
COOKING. IT CAN BE ELECTRIC OVEN, GAS OVEN, OR A MICROWAVE OVEN.

CLEANING PROCEDURE
Make sure your oven is switched off and cooled down. Mix your own cleaning
solution with baking soda and water. Cover the oven in the cleaning paste. Let it sit
overnight. Wipe down the oven. Spray it with vinegar. Wipe down the oven one
last time. Replace the oven racks.
