Psalm 107:8-9
Let them thank the Lord for his
steadfast love, for His wonderful
works to humankind. For He satisfies
the thirsty, and the hungry He fills
with good things.
What is Gratitude
Gratitude is when you give a deep
recognition and appreciation of the
good things in your life. An attitude of
willingness to acknowledge the
blessings, kindness, and positive
experiences we receive.
GRATITUDE FOR
SACRAMENT
It is a wonderful and meaningful
practice for us through
sacraments to remember the
sacrifice of Jesus Christ and to
renew our commitment to follow
him.
When we express gratitude for the
sacraments, we acknowledge the role
they play in our spiritual growth.

It is a sacred moments where we can


experience a deeper sense of God’s
Presence and receive spiritual blessings.

Recognition of God’s Grace

blessing that came from God through this
sacred rituals. An acknowledgement that God
is actively present and working in our lives
through these ordinance.

continue growing in our relationship with God
and living the principles of our faith. That
deepen the faith and trust to God.
Appreciation for spiritual
nourishment
*They provide us the opportunity to reflect,
repent, and receive forgiveness, as well as to
experience deeper connection with God and
our spiritual community.
Cultivating a humble heart

*It can help to cultivate a humble and


receptive heart. It reminds us that we are
dependent on God’s grace and that we need
his guidance and support in our spiritual
journey
Gratitude for the sacraments allow us to
deepen our connection with God, renew our
commitment to our faith and experience
spiritual transformation. Reflecting the
significance of sacraments in your life,
express gratitude through prayers and
participation and to strive to live in
alignment of the principles they represent.
