 Introduction
Welcome to our College Train Concession website! We understand the
challenges that students face, and we're here to make their educational
journey more accessible. Our platform is designed to provide you with
information and assistance on securing train concessions for college
commute. Whether you're a new student exploring your options or a
returning student seeking the latest updates, you've come to the right
place. Discover how you can save on transportation costs and focus on
what matters most your education.
 Purpose Of This Project
1. To Save the time of students and as well as staff of counter.

2. This website saves the time of students by avoiding queues of

students for taking traveling concession form.

3. This saved time, helps student to give an extra time to their studies,so
they can improve their skills and their educational skills .
 Objectives
1. Establish efficient students support channels to address inquiries,
resolve issues, and provide assistance whenever needed.

2. Prioritize data security and privacy to protect student’s information

and build trust.

3. Implement cost-effective pricing strategies, discounts, and

promotions to help customers save money and get the best value for
their purchases.
 Scope Of This Project
1) Establish efficient work to solve issue faced by students and provide
assistance wherever required.

2) To avoid miss management and create unnecessary mess.

3) To provide data security and build trust .

4) Avoid wasting time in unnecessary standing in long Queue .

5) Helping staff to reduce work load staff manual errors.

 Project Features
 There are many features are in this project , which are as follows:

1. User-friendly Interface :
We designed a very simple but attractive
Graphical User Interface (GUI).

2. Easy and Simple :

We designed a website easy to use. This website can
be used by anyone.

3. Useful For Both Staff and students:
This website can be used by both
students and staffs. We designed an application form for students to fill
their deatils .On submitting this form , filled deatails of that student are
received by staff. There is an admin login section where admin (staff)
can login securely and see that students details. By making an admin
login we make student’s information secured.

4. Instructions Section :
By our side we make our website very easy to use
but any student having any problem related to applying for
concession ,so they can go to instructions section where they get all
information related to submittion of application form and further
process.

5. Feedback section :
Here the students are able to give feedback to
admin(staff).

Languages Used For Programming :

1) HTML Laguage (HyperText MarkUp Language) :

It is Used create to
create objects in the website such as input blocks, insert images,
inserting buttons . It is also used for inserting text contents in the
webpage.

2) CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) :

It is Used create to decorate the
webpage, i.e. to insert color in the pages, give size to buttons ,
divisions, making animations . It is used in webpage by linking to html
page in code.

3) Javascript :

Now we are succesfully make and design the website

nicely. But it is not functional yet. To make a website functional
javascript is mainly used. By javascript we make several opertaions like
fetching data that are inputed by student in application form and
transfer to the admin(staff).

2. Third-Party Apps :
We also used third party apps to enhance the
performance and look of this website.

1)AI super resolution :

This tool makes images better. When we are
making webpages then we are facing issue like scattering of pixels due
to medium quality of image. By using this AI tool , we gets a fully HD
resolution images for inserting webpage.
 Software Requirement

2) VS code editor :
we need a code editor app to write a code. Hence we
used a VS code editor to write code in it.

It has a extensions like Live Server i.e. used to see output of our
written code in a editor. It redirect us to the browser and run the
code .
Problems Faced in making of this project

1. Not having knowledge of Javascript :

While making of this project we
recognize that we need to use javascript in it, which are not known to
us.
As per the requirement of javascript we learn javascript from
online platforms. We learn javascript that much we have to need for
this project.
Problems Faced in making of this project

2. Not having that much attractive user-interface :

While making the
project we are not allow to decide design of user-interface.So, we
overcome from this problem by taking advice from friends by showing
them website. This idea works very well. As per their suggesions and
demands we design a website.
 Future Plan About this project
1. Now we make only frontend of the website. To make website fully
functionable we have to attached a backend. In future we design a
backend for data base management by using php,node.js,sql,xml,etc.
as per the compatibility.

2. We are also designing new features in it, like we making a function

like sending receipt of concession form to students email-id.For this
we have to learn j-query.
 Future Plan About this project
3. We also plan to add more options in the home page of website. By
adding college announcements section.

4. Now we have only a single admin’s id . In future we are going to add

more admin’s id. So the admin login section can accessed by more
staffs.

have to need. It searches all records in google’s data and provides a
relatable and required data for us.
