• Once he receives competitor brand, he will ask for Hasky brand cutter mentioning its
quality over other brands.

• Explaining his experience with the Hasky cutter.

• Revealing his experience with the German Hasky brand sales representative who issued a
free cutter to experience the product.

• By following those steps, promoter will plant a good name regarding the brand inside the
hardware owners mind.
