PREVENT THE WATER HAMMERING WHEN
THE PUMP STOP
1) Install the Silent Check Valve at the riser pipe
to prevent water back flow.
2) Install Surge Anticipating Valve at the riser
pipe to release the back pressure of the
water back flow into suction tank or drain.
3) Using Inverter Drive Control Panel by setting
Decelerate Time of the inverter to reduce
90% of the water back flow and water
hammering.

1) From the above Guidelines, even though we select for 12 hours


filling time. But we still have backup pump at lower level to increase
to 6 hours filling time if the water continue to drop to hit 50% water
level of the tank.
2) Most of the apartment/condominium are not fully occupied.
COMMITMENT FOR THE PUMPING
DESIGIN PROPOSED
• We will fully responsible for the pumping system
that we had proposed. We are willing to sign the
agreement to assure for future 10 – 20 years later,
when the building is fully occupied and my pump
system is able to support for the usage demand.
Otherwise, we will upgrade the pump size FOC to
the developer. Excluded others external factors
that cause the pumping system can’t perform
normally. Like low PBA incoming water supply and
electric supply issue.
