Abstract
 This project entitled as “Online Diagnosis Lab
Reporting System”.
 The main aim of the project to simplify the process of
taking an appointment for diagnosis test through
online.
 The users can register into the system before getting
any appointment.
 The Doctors can also register in to the system to get
reports of their patients.

 After getting an appointment the user give their
samples to the lab in particular appointment time.
 It allows the user to pay the amount online.
 After successful testing the report will be send as
mail to the user and also to concern doctor.

 Front End : ASP.NET

 Back End : SQL Server 2005
Existing System
 In the existing system the user need to wait in queue
for taking test and need to go to diagnosis centre for
getting report
 After getting the report the user will meet the doctor
with the report
 Then the doctor analyse the report and explain about
the report to the patient
 All these were done manually and take some time
Proposed System
 In the proposed system the user can get an
appointment and take their test in their appointment
time
 If the report is ready the admin can sent it to the user
and also concern doctor through mail
 This system allows the user pay the amount through
online
