Morgan(rtd) The security index assessment in Nigeria clearly indicates that Nigeria, is at war. Beside the Boko haram insurgency in the North –East the North-West has been fully infiltrated by opportunistic banditry, while the North central is now witnessing clashes between Herders and farmers, with these skirmishes also affecting the Southern parts of the country The lack of progress in routing out these Insurgents and bandits by the Nigerian military and other security agencies shows that we are gradually being overwhelmed. Further self denial of these obvious symptoms of failure will gradually take Nigeria into a security precipice of huge national consequence It is in view of these grave security problems I am here this morning, representing the concerned Veterans of Nigeria , since 2016 we have been meeting, discussing and analysing in seminars and study forum’s, the appalling security situation in the country. We are aware of the war games conducted by the USAFRICOM Command On engineering the covert disintegration of Nigeria, all the scenario’s played out in the war games is playing our serially. It is being envisaged that in the last phase of this scenario, a foreign power will volunteer to assist our country, this assistance is a trojan horse. They will secretly deploy radioactive munition in north , that will be destructive to life, and the agricultural ecosystem for decades All Nigerians should be at alert to the subversive and deceptive manipulations of these foreign power(s) To avoid this we are here to provide a home grown solution to mitigate our security problems… Let me pause here and call on Col L.I. Abara to continue with the presentation… Insurgency Banditry and Kidnapping for ransom Herders/farmers clashes Lack of specialised forces and Op’s to combat this type of guerrilla/Urban warfare Poor intelligence gathering and harvesting strategies for effecting proactive solutions Non-Existent or weak application of technology solutions to security challenges Provide real time Intelligence with seamless coordination with all the security agencies 24/7 round the clock surveillance Provision of 40 Ultra high tech retro-fitted high calibre laser guided missile systems and window machine guns Provision of Military combat equipment and weaponry Provide and train elite commando unit to fight alongside our troops while using these asset The solution for paying lies in investing in our security and our country, by deploying funding in a way that gives government ease of repayment options , this represents a win- win situation for investors and government in this partnership. So basically we are here to seek your permission to bring in these assets and assist government in changing the dynamics of the war on terror Remote Human Observation.
