DATA ANALYSIS
As we can see in the data table, most of the schools have infrastructure facilities for games like SOCCER, CRICKET, BASKETBALL
(popular games) and KABADDI, KHO-KHO (indigenous games) but infrastructure for games like ARCHERY, HOCKEY, LAWN-TENNIS,
NETBALL, TABLE-TENNIS are less as compared to other games. One of the reasons for this could be high cost of developing and
maintaining the infrastructure. Other than that, we can see that most of the games which do not have sufficient infrastructure are considered
less popular games in India so lack of interest from students can also be a reason.

In the pie chart we can see that ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOL have the best infrastructure as compared to other schools, it has
infrastructure facilities for about 71% of the games which are mentioned on the list. M. D. VICTOR SR. SEC. SCHOOL and VICTOR
MODEL SR. SEC. SCHOOL have the least number of facilities with both having infrastructure for about 36% of the games We can also
observe that about an average of 53% of games are available in all the schools combined which is not a good number, schools should at least
have infrastructure facilities for about 75% of the games mentioned on the list.

Apart from this we can also se in the images below that just having the infrastructure is not enough, if it is not usable then it is of no
use. The infrastructure needs to be maintained properly. ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOL has the most well-maintained infrastructure among the
other schools. Other schools do not have well-maintained infrastructure, lack of funds and interest could be the reason for that as ARMY
PUBLIC SCHOOL is backed and heavily funded by the Army but other schools are too small compared to ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOL.

CONCLUSION
The study reveals that most of the schools which were randomly chosen for the study in Jalandhar Cantt failed to lead well balanced facilities in
physical education. It further reveals that most of the students show the real interest towards the physical education and sports but the facilities like
courts, play grounds, equipment and physical education periods are not sufficient to improve the physical education curriculum in school level.
Proper steps are not taken in any schools to bring up the level of physical education to the peak level. The investigator feels that the authorities
concerned with general education should also take adequate steps to provide a suitable well balanced physical education facility for the benefit of
the students.

Overall, the result is not satisfactory and good amount of work is needed to be done to improve the condition of the infrastructure provided
by the schools.
